Leadership Under A Microscope

Heads up:  a buzzword is born.  “Employment branding” is the perception of what it is like to work at a particular organization.  It’s the love child of the war for talent and tech disruptors such as Glassdoor, who gathers such insider info for those looking for the best places to work.

This is the ripple effect of all that transparency social media brings us.  And you better believe that this dynamic will impact leadership, change management, culture and other initiatives.  Leaders are under a microscope.  Any and all actions can now be broadcast out for all to admire (or condemn).  Bad practices on the ground now have a much bigger impact.  And that’s good news for a lot of the leadership / culture experts out there.

Check out this great blog post by Josh Bersin.  And use the stats there to build your business case.
