Everyone is talking about the upcoming war on talent. This research from the folks at The Conference Board outlines exactly where the biggest gaps exist. Biggest aha: that STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) occupations don’t dominate the list due to large numbers of immigrants in those areas.
Why do we thought leaders care? For two reasons: 1) gaps create opportunities for subcontractors, a great fill-in gig in between your other revenue streams; and, 2) these gaps show where the need is greatest for thought leaders in recruitment, retention and other organizational development efforts.
