Sponsorship Stats in Healthcare

Healthcare and insurance companies are one of the 500-lb gorillas in our space right now.  They have big problems and big budgets.  One way to get in on this:  sponsorship in the healthcare and insurance companies.

New stats from sponsorship giant IEG give us reason to cheer.  In the number of deals, 20% are spent in cause marketing — that can be us, folks.  What they care about:  promoting health and well-being.

Don’t let the big deals intimidate you — yes, a lot of money (59%) of the deals are going to sports properties.  Remember the power of the grass roots level.  These folks want to leverage their exposure.  And that’s where we can come in with regional and national education.  Something to think about…
