What Happens When Rants Are Recorded

Have you ever had one of those conversations with a colleague and you both just start raving about the industry?  Well, that’s kinda what happened when Mike McLaughlin and I got together the other day to talk about how consultants can become thought leaders.

His last question — what would you really like to tell consultants today — brought out the truth I usually don’t have the guts to say out loud. (Especially when I know I’m being recorded.) And that’s the mark of a great interviewer.
