My Holiday Wish for You
After a year of hectic travel (and more adventures on the way), we treated ourselves to a quiet Christmas this year. Highlights included phone calls to family and friends, and a nice dinner with hubby.
These conversations remind me of what’s truly important: relationships. Laughing at inside jokes, catching up with loved ones we don’t visit with often enough. Philosophical discussions about what we want next in this stage of life. It’s all a celebration that proves “together” can take many forms.
For those who spent the holiday alone, I offer this: reach out. Don’t assume everyone is too busy to hear from you. Even if you didn’t speak to a single soul yesterday, your presence throughout the year made someone’s day. And that impact is worth reflecting on and celebrating. We are all angels unaware. You make a difference with every interaction.
As we enter that glorious week between Christmas and the New Year, I hope you celebrate the impact you make out there. Here’s to a fantastic 2024!
