LinkedIn is playing matchmaker between brands and influencers, according to a recent Social Media Today article. Its new Top Voices 360 program connects brands with select creators for sponsored content and other partnership opportunities.

This could be good news for professional speakers, too, leading to more opportunities for you to get paid to speak.

While the program is aimed at creating advertising opportunities for content creators, LinkedIn’s program could open the door to broader partnerships, including speaking opportunities. Key quote from the article: “Advertisers start with an exclusive editorial show (supported by BrandLink ads) and can extend that sponsorship across other activities, like co-branded posts, industry event appearances, and more.” (Emphasis mine.)
